Welcome to Part 2!
That really is the question on the mind of all RMTs at one point or another in their career. This two parter is just the start of our new series, MTP Rants. Where we discuss (read: get off our chest) topics based on our own experiences. To kick it off we are discussing our ups and downs while working within multidisciplinary clinics, as an RMT employee, as well as our transition into being our own bosses. We hope our experiences and views shed light on any questions or doubts you may be currently experiencing. In this episode, we discuss learning how to be assertive when establishing boundaries, the importance of thoroughly reviewing contracts and our transitions into being our own bosses.
Please note we are currently practicing physical distancing due to the Coronavirus and we are recording the the MTP remotely. We take these global concerns seriously and have suspended our hands-on practice for the time being. Allowing us to take this opportunity to pivot our focus on this dream project. We hope that The MTP can offer you a way to disconnect from the stress of this pandemic and connect as a community. We cannot stress enough the importance of everyone Staying Home and Flattening the Curve.
Never forget your worth, you are an RMT boss!
