About Us
Heather Rivers HBKin, RMT
Initially, began her practice with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) in 2013, and after a small break returned in 2019 to launch Rivers RMT. As well, Heather completed her Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from McMaster University in 2010.
Heather helps you attain your health and wellness goals by utilizes her education as well as her pervious experiences as a First Responder, Sport Therapist, Physiotherapy Assistant, Administrative Assistant and Athlete.
Heather is passionate about mental health, pregnancy care, concussion education and integrating movement into our daily lives.
