I recently took Level 1 Intro into Thai Massage, and will be offering this treatment at Rivers RMT as of June 1, 2023. This treatment is different that was most North American’s are used to when they think of Massage Therapy. Thai Massage treatments are done fully clothed on a Thai Yoga Mat on the floor, assisted with pillows and blankets for additional comfort.

For this year's holiday drive Nicole and I wanted to work together and help support Feed The Need Durham. This charity collects donations to provide a distribution hub to supply food and more to local food banks, shelters, meal programs, in-school nutritional programs, and more.

The Ministry of Health (MOH) revoked the mandate on masks in some health care settings as of June 11, 2022. They mentioned that some directives will be communicated to replace the mandate which will provide us with a framework on best practices moving forward. With that being said, I'd like to outline our new protocols moving forward, while expressing these new protocols may be subject to change once the MOH and CMTO release their new framework.
