Fee Change Notice

Fee Change Notice

At the heart of my practice is a commitment to providing high-quality care that is both accessible and easy to navigate. To continue meeting that standard in a changing economic landscape, I am introducing a new, streamlined pricing structure effective June 1, 2026.

Why the Change?

We’ve all felt the nudge of rising costs lately. My business isn't immune to those shifts, but I wanted to respond in a way that can remove some barriers for you.

Instead of a complex menu of different prices for different needs, I am moving to a universal fee structure. By making all services the same price, you no longer have to choose a treatment based on your budget. You can simply choose what your body needs most.

What This Means for You

  • One Simple Rate: Every service listed below will now share the same flat fee.

  • Senior Support: Clients aged 65+ will continue to receive a $5 discount on every service.

  • Seamless Booking: I’m updating the backend of the booking system to be smarter. If you qualify for the senior discount, it will be applied automatically. No codes, no fuss—just pick your time and you're set.

2026 Service Fees

30 minutes $75
45 minutes $95
60 minutes $115
75 minutes $135
90 minutes $155

All pricing subject to HST

It is highly effective for those managing PCOS, endometriosis, or GI concerns, as well as those in postpartum recovery, providing a path to improved circulation and systemic balance.

Modalities that can be included in treatments:

Cupping Therapy

A technique using specialized silicone cups to create negative pressure (suction) on the skin’s surface. This helps decompress soft tissue, increase local blood flow, and release stubborn muscular tension by lifting the fascia away from the muscle.

Aromatherapy

The therapeutic use of plant-derived essential oils to support physical and emotional well-being. When inhaled or applied topically, these natural compounds interact with the nervous system to reduce stress, support the management pain, and enhance the overall healing environment.

Hydrotherapy

The use of water in various temperatures and forms—such as thermaphore, table warmer, hot towels—to stimulate healing. It utilizes the body’s reaction to thermal stimuli to increase circulation, decrease inflammation, and soothe the musculoskeletal and nervous systems.

IASTM (Pro Systems Methods)

Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) uses specialized medical-grade tools to identify and treat myofascial restrictions. Following Pro Systems protocols, this method effectively breaks down scar tissue and adhesions to restore pain-free movement and accelerate recovery.

Kinesio-Taping (RockTape Methods)

The application of cotton elastic tape designed to mimic the texture of human skin. Using RockTape methods, the tape provides "neurosensory" input to the brain, helping to reduce pain perception, improve postural awareness, and facilitate lymphatic drainage without restricting range of motion.

All services available and their modalities are performed by a qualified Registered Massage Therapist, and can qualify for insurance reimbursement. The therapist will work with you to determine which service and modality is right for you. Some services and modalities can be contraindicated or risky for those living with specific conditions or challenges. The therapist will always assess risk, and provide treatment that benefits you most.
Some treatments are also offered with specific timeframes to ensure their are performed safely and effectively.
