Are you a passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) looking to grow your practice in a supportive and collaborative environment? Rivers RMT is seeking a skilled and professional RMT to join our team on a part-time basis, with flexible scheduling options available.
About the Position
We are looking for an RMT in good standing with the CMTO to work part-time at our clinic. You will have the flexibility to choose from two available days and set your own hours on those days. This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated therapist who values independence while enjoying the benefits of working alongside other healthcare practitioners. There may also be opportunities to grow your practice into a more full-time basis.

Our Approach to Massage Therapy
At Rivers RMT & Andrews RMT, we take a unique Relaxing Deep Tissue approach, blending the therapeutic benefits of deep tissue massage with relaxation techniques. We offer a variety of services, including:
Swedish Massage
Thai-Yoga Massage
Hot Stone Massage
Injury Rehab & Pain Management
Acupuncture
Perinatal & Senior Care
As an RMT with our clinic, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including office workers, laborers, emergency personnel, seniors, and more. You are also encouraged to bring your own specialized techniques and treatment focus.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate:
Is an RMT registered with the CMTO and in good standing
Takes pride in their work and maintains a clean, safe, and professional workspace
Values a collaborative approach while maintaining their independent practice
Aligns with our philosophy of balancing relaxation and therapeutic techniques
Seeks mentorship and growth opportunities while funding their own continuing education
Rental & Compensation Structure
This opportunity is on a rental basis with the following options:
$300+HST/month for one day per week
$560+HST/month for two days per week
Additional flexibility is available, including:
Access to our existing online scheduler for an additional fee
Rental/Commission flexibility can be discussed
Candidates must set up their own payment processing system
We believe in a rental model rather than a commission split because it allows practitioners to reach their own financial and client goals while fostering a true sense of independence. Our team has a combined 20+ years of experience as RMTs, with resources available for deeper insights into musculoskeletal conditions, assessment techniques, and exercise therapy.
